Cancellation Policy
Studio Policies & Cancellations
To ensure the best possible experience for all of my guests, I respectfully ask that you review the studio policies prior to booking:
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any changes to your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment, or failure to show up, will be subject to a fee equal to 80% of the scheduled service.
Deposits: A credit card and deposit are required to secure your appointment at the time of booking.
Late Arrivals: Out of respect for everyone's time, guests arriving 10 minutes or later past their scheduled start time will need to reschedule to a later date.
